Tickets on sale for 2nd Annual Craft Brew Festival

FAIRLEA, WV (WVNS) -- Craft beer is coming back to the State Fairgrounds in 2018.  Tickets are now on sale for the 2nd Annual West Virginia Craft Brew Festival.  It is set for Saturday, April 28, 2018 and will run from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.  The event is a fundraiser for the Lewisburg Rotary and State Fair of WV Scholarship Funds.

"Lewisburg Rotary is excited to partner with the State Fair of West Virginia again to offer our community a fun event that ultimately helps raise funds for scholarships that both organizations offer to local graduating High School students," said Adam Criddle of the Lewisburg Rotary Club.

During the inaugural festival in 2017 there were more than 65 West Virginia craft brews available.  There was also food and live music available during the event.

"We are looking forward to growing the event even bigger this year, with the help of the Lewisburg Rotary Club," state State Fair CEO Kelly Collins.

Tickets can be purchased online at or by calling 1-800-514-ETIX (3849).  They are also available at the State Fair Box Office, some City National Banks and the Greenbrier Valley Visitor's Center in Lewisburg starting on March 1.

General Admission tickets are $28.30.  There will also be 200 VIP Tickets available for $47,17.  Festival goers receive a limited number of beer tastings and a commemorative mug.  The Quality Inn, Fairfield Inn and Hampton Inn are offering a 20-percent discount on rooms if they mention Brew Fest.
