CHARLESTON -- State Police continue to investigate a Kanawha County pastor who is facing a string of sexual misconduct charges.

Sandy Martin Cook, 48, was arraigned Monday night on 47 felonies and posted bond.

State Police say Cook sexually abused and assaulted a number of teenage boys who were members of his church back in 1994.

Cook still serves as senior pastor at Shrewsbury Church of God.

Police believe there may be more alleged victims in other areas of the state, Including Bluefield and Beckley.

Police say Cook has connections in Beckley, Bluefield, Princeton and Wyoming County.
