Hundreds of students and faculty participated in the biggest community service experience to ever come to Concord University.
It is called "Take The Walk" service project.
The national campaign was started by the band Hanson.
They are literally taking steps to end Poverty and HIV in Africa.
The challenge is one mile.
For every person who walks, the band donates one dollar to their cause.
The students made a complete lap around the campus.
