FAIRLEA- -- Parents of high school students in Greenbrier County are taking a vested interest in the future generation.

The Academic Boosters of Greenbrier East High School, a parent volunteer group, put together a job fair for sophomores, Friday.

Greenbrier East and West students were invited to check out options for their futures in the Cecil Underwood Youth Building on the West Virginia State Fairgrounds.

Nearly 400 students came out for Friday's career fair.

High school culinary students provided lunch for the presenters afterwards.
