Police say fatal stabbing happened during a fight.

OAK HILL -- An Oak Hill man has turned himself in and now faces murder charges.

21-year-old Kyle Marshal Adkins is accused of stabbing to death 18-year-old Ronnie Keith Tincher.

It happened just after one Saturday morning in the Allman Street area of Oak Hill.

Police say Tincher was stabbed in the chest, left arm and right leg.

They believe the two men were arguing when Adkins brought out a knife.

Police say Adkins took off after the stabbing. They say his father was able to talk him into surrendering to police around 10 Saturday morning.

Adkins is being held in the Southern Regional Jail.

Ronnie was my daughter's half brother, but to her nor anyone else did the "half" part count. My ex-husband passed away a few years ago, and I am sure Ron and Ronnie are together now, what happens to this MURDERER, is in GOD'S Hands.... R.I.P Sweet Ronnie
