BLUEFIELD- -- Some children from our area are getting in on a contest for the Toys for Tots Campaign.
The Marine's Toys for Tots program is renewing it's partnership with VistaPrint Limited for a holiday card coloring project.
Locally, children at the Wade Center in Bluefield, West Virginia and the Clinch Valley Community Action in Tazewell are getting the chance to enter.
The children can either draw a picture or write a short paragraph about what the holidays means to them.
The best designs and writing submissions will be selected from kids from across the country. The winners work will be featured in an upcoming holiday card campaign.
Last year, this same project raised more than $47,000 for toys for tots.
Good luck to all the entrants from our area.
