BEAVER, WV -- Six people arrested for trespassing during a protest are still in jail Sunday night.
According to published reports, the coal mining protestors are not able to pay $2,000 each to make bail.
In all, 17 people were arrested after participated in a protest against mountaintop removal at a Massey Energy mining complex.
The protests were arranged by the groups Mountain Justice and Climate Action Zero.
