Glen Morgan -- At around 8 a.m. Wednesday, Beaver Volunteer fire fighters were called out on reports that three of a trailers were on fire in the Mountain State Travel and Trailer Park in Glen Morgan. Upon arrival firefighters found that only one trailer was on fire. Firefighters called in Ghent and Mabscott Volunteer Firefighters to assist them in fighting the fire. The trailer is being called a complete loss.
"When we arrived the wind was blowing real hard, and it was blowing all towards the one structure on the "D"? side of the structure. So, with just having the minimal amount of damage to the adjacent structure is really good," said Beaver Assistant Chief Phillip Utt.
One other nearby trailer was damaged in the fire. The woman who lives in the that trailer was able to escape without injuries. No word on what started the blaze.
