Arrest is made in connection with a shooting in Raleigh County.

PINEY VIEW -- Reports of gunfire leads to an arrest in Raleigh County Monday. It happened around noon in the 700 block of Stonewall Road in Piney View.

47 year old Danny Lee Adkins of Piney View allegedly fired several rounds from a hand gun at a vehicle. The three people in the car were not injured.

Adkins was arraigned on three wanton endangerment charges. He's free on a 75-thousand-dollar bond.

Raleigh County Sherrif's Department is investigating the shooting.
