Princeton --  Princeton City police officers say just after 10 Friday morning

27-year-old Scott Edward Coomes of Lashmeet and another suspect went to the door of a home on Heuser Avenue in Princeton. Investigators say Coomes told the homeowner his car had broken down, and asked to use the phone. That is when they pushed they way into the home, tied the victim up with an extension cord and robbed him at gunpoint. Coomes is charged with first degree robbery and conspiracy. He is being held in the Southern Regional Jail on $50,000 bond. The investigation is ongoing and investigators say more arrests are pending.
