RONCEVERTE- -- A controversial annexation in Greenbrier County is put on hold. Tuesday, Greenbrier County Circuit Judge James Rowe placed a temporary halt on annexation efforts involving the Organ Cave area. The Stoney Glen Annexation would add four miles along Route 219 to Ronceverte

It would include the roadway and the Stoney Glen Development.

Judge Rowe heard evidence and arguments from residents opposed to the idea today.

Judge Rowe says he plans to rule on the issue within one week.
