Names of fire victims released.

SWISS, WEST VIRGINIA -- The State Fire Marshal's office is investigating a double-fatal fire in Nicholas County.

Investigators say 73-year-old Bill Kiser and his cousin, 74-year-old Verna Lou Wright, died Tuesday night when their home in Swiss burned.

The fire happened around 8:30 Tuesday night.

Swiss is just across the border from Fayette County.

Gauley Bridge, Gauley River and Boomer Volunteer Fire departments were called out to fight the fatal fire.
