West Virginia's Supreme Court rejects appeal to block a wind farm project.

CHARLESTON -- It's full steam ahead for a wind farm project in Greenbrier County. The state supreme court voted today to reject an appeal by Mountain Communities for Responsible Energy. The group was trying to stop a wind farm in western Greenbrier County.
Beech Ridge Energy has approval from the state Public Service Commission to build a $300 million dollar wind farm near Rupert. The company plans to have 67 turbines up and running by the end of the year.
