McMECHEN -- McMechen native OJ Hays is one of 15 finalists in the running for the Red Bull Manny Mania Digital Finals.

The 21-year old, 2006 John Marshall High School grad, qualified for the national competition by winning a qualifier in July in Columbus, Ohio where he's a senior at the College of Art and Design. Hays took second place at the Pittsburgh qualifier, but won the best trick.

The winner of the Red Bull Manny Mania Digital Finals is being determined by online voting. You can vote for Hays at redbullmannymania.com. Go to the digital finals section and click on OJ Hays in Columbus.

Voting ends at midnight on Wednesday, September 30.

The winner receives a prize package valued at over $7,000.

Hays is not a professional skater, but is sponsored by Red Bull. He's the son of Judy and Okey Hays of McMechen
