Firefighters have had a busy morning in Raleigh County as they battle two separate blazes.

The first fire was on Prosperity Road in Prosperity. Dispatchers said a fire was reported at a garage around 2:30 a.m. When crews arrived on scene, the fire has spread to a second garage.

Firefighters said the aluminum garages contained parts for engines.

The State Fire Marshal's Office has been contacted to investigate the cause of the fire.

Bradley, Mount Hope and Beaver firefighters responded to the scene. They shut down Prosperity Road for several hours while they battled the blaze. No injuries were reported.

A second fire in the Fireco area damaged a mobile home.

Dispatchers say the fire started just before 4 a.m. at a home in Willebet Hollow. They say some near by woods also caught fire.

Crews with Coal City, Sophia, and Rhodell Volunteer Fire Departments responded to the fire.

Dispatchers said a family does live in the home but no injuries have been reported at this time.

I would like to say that this family lost every thing they had in this trailer fire. This was the only piece done on this fire... This was no accident... it was arson...they were burnt out. They are not even investigating the arson part... What kind of Justice system do we have? This Family has four small children... They lost all their clothes, furniture, toys, everything they had...do to one low life scum bag that decided to take the lively hood of this family away... What happened to justice... Justice lost this time help this family...
