BECKLEY -- Two suspects originally wanted for a string of vehicle break-ins have now gotten themselves into more trouble.
According to Beckley Police, the suspects, who broke into vehicles in Greenbrier County on Oct. 27, have since used stolen credit cards to purchase goods. That takes these crimes from misdemeanors to felonies.
So far, 3 credit cards have been used. Detectives are looking into the possibility that more have been used.
Beckley Police Captain Jeff Shumate said they need help from the public to figure out the identity of the suspects. They are described as white woman with a medium build and blonde hair and a white male with a slim build and dark brown hair.
“We’re releasing the surveillance videos in hopes someone can identify the person involved in this from those photographs,” said Shumate.
