The Tazewell County Sheriff's Department said Donald Beverly Bennett, 70, of Bluefield, Va., was killed when his house burned.

BLUEFIELD, Va. -- Tazewell County deputies said a home on Big Branch Road in Bluefield, Virginia, burned Friday night.

They confirmed that Donald Beverly Bennet, 70, died in the fire. He was the owner of the home.

A woman was injured in the house fire. Investigators said she suffered burns and remains hospitalized.

Deputies said it appears the fire was caused by a wood-burning stove. It has been ruled accidental.
