Detectives are still hunting down clues in a Virginia double-homicide.

By Kate Krivanek

RICHLANDS -- Police are still seeking justice eight months after the double murder of two Virginia restaurant employees.

Detectives with the Tazewell County Sheriff's office said there is an overwhelming amount of evidence in the March murders of Harvey and Valerie Looney.

They add that they are still taking statements about the couples deaths.

The pair was found murdered at the Pizza Plus in Claypool Hill where they worked.

Officers have yet to release details about how the Looney's were killed.

"The type of brutal case that this was, there had to be some vicious people that had no regard for human life," said Sheriff H.S. Caudill.

Police say the community can help bring this case to a close.

No detail is too small or insignificant.

Pizza Plus is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
