Jason, 27, and Lisa, 27, Pemberton, of Oak Hill, are behind bars each charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and conspiracy to commit a felony.

Investigators said the Jason was traveling to Miami, Florida and having family members get prescriptions for oxycodone and xanax.

He then brought the drugs back to Oak Hill and sold them, with the help of his wife.

Sheriff's Deputies, Oak Hill Police Officers, U.S. Marshals and Parole Officers have been working this case for over three months, and after a full night of surveillance the Pembertons were taken into custody.

Jason is being held without bond due to parole violations and bond was set at $25,000 for Lisa.
