BECKLEY --  Andrea Michelle Dunbar, 21, and Damon Aaron Reed, 29, are both charged with four counts of credit card fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.

Detectives said they used a stolen credit card several times at the Beckley Wal-Mart on Feb. 27.

Dunbar is a white woman who is about 5-feet, 2-inches tall and weighs about 100 pounds.

She has blond hair and blue eyes.

Reed is a white man who is about 5-feet, 10-inches tall and weighs 140 pounds.

He has brown hair and blue eyes.

They have tied to both Huntington and the Terry Beach area of Raleigh County.
