The West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Greenbrier County has announced that Cabinet Secretary of the West Virginia Department of Education Kay Goodwin will deliver the school's 35th commencement ceremony.
Merrily McAuliffe began her journey as a sideline reporter for Heat 99, a local TV station in Richmond Virginia, where she enjoyed interviewing players and coaches of High School Sports.
After graduating from Mills E. Godwin High School in 2007she attended Concord University. While at Concord, she enjoyed being a field reporter and news anchor for WMLT news. She then graduated in May of 2011 with a degree in Broadcast Journalism.
Merrily is excited to be part of the 59 NEWS TEAM which she joined in April of 2011.
When she is not reporting, she enjoys spending time with her friends, snowboarding competitively or just enjoying the slopes. Merrily is also a triplet and always looks forward to seeing her family in Richmond when she gets the chance.
