BLUEFIELD, W.Va. -

One area library is providing more to the community than just books.  The Craft Memorial Library invited adults to a special class on Thursday, Nov. 17.

They taught parents to prepare Japanese Bento Boxes for their children's lunches. The craft involves arranging the food into scenes for their kids to enjoy.

Ideas range from popular anime characters to almost anything that the imagination can conjure.

"We're just trying to showcase some of the materials that we have by offering classes and letting them know if your don't know anything about Bento Boxes, check out our books here at the library," said library director, Eva McGuire.

The class was held by popular demand, and only cost $5 a person.
