After winning the last two Class AA championships, Oak Hill was pegged as one of the top teams in the class again this year. The Red Devils dropped their opener, by three points, to Westside, and later lost to now-top ranked Bluefield.

Oak Hill is using its quickness and speed this year. Senior forward Le'Von Elam says it's all about rebounding and boxing out. The Red Devils have another tough test. On Friday, they host Wyoming East.
