No. 1 Greenbrier East had to play two complete games to win the Big Atlantic Classic AAA Division.

After sliding by Hedgesville by two points,No. 4  University led late in the game, ready to hand the Lady Spartans their first loss. But Anna Hammaker sent the game to overtime and the team didn't look back with a 77-68 win.

Bianca Andre scored 19 first-half points and had 31 on the evening. Anna Hammaker chimed in with 22 and Chloe Honaker added 12.

Greenbrier East improves to 19-0 and hosts George Washington on Tuesday.
