Midland Trail High School's dance team has been chosen to dance at Walt Disney World.

The team was picked by the Walt Disney Performing Arts Group to perform on Saturday, April 14.

Principal Diane Blume says she is proud of the team's hard work and accomplishments.

"I am very excited that we were chosen to perform before thousands of people at the theme park," Blume said. "Over the years, our dance team has won several national championships and even performed for the NBA."

The trip is still pending board approval.
