CHARLESTON -

Earlier in the season, Greenbrier East handed then-No. 1 South Charleston a 58-55 loss.

The Black Eagles returned the favor in the MSAC Championship, winning 65-52.

The loss drops the No.1 Lady Spartans to 20-1. Bianca Andre paced the team with 17 points.

No. 1 Greenbrier East begins sectional play on Wednesday against the winner of Riverside-Nicholas County.
