PRINCETON -
An indie rock band from Pittsburgh will start their spring tour in southern West Virginia. Dream Job will kick off the event at the Room Upstairs in Princeton, W.Va. on March 9. The location is part of the Riff Raff Arts Collective, a cooperative of performing , visual, literary and healing artist.
Dream Job was last in the area during Culturefest 2011 at Pipestem where they were well received, according to a release from the band.
The band's sound has been described as "indie rock n' soul music" and "Marvin Gaye if he sang for Band of Gypsies."
The group is made up of Ricardo Imuuri, guitar and vocals; Barrett Black, bass and vocals; David Neuhard, drums and percussion. You can also check out Dream Jobs web site.
