A Summers County
man arrested Tuesday morning now faces several charges centered around the
sexual assault of a child.
Kevin Wade Zickefoose, 18, of Alderson currently faces two felony
charges stemming from an incident that occurred on December 26, 2011 in Summers
County. Zickefoose faces 25-100
years in prison for First Degree Sexual Assault, 10-20 years for Sexual Abuse
By a Parent Guardian or Custodian. He also faces a misdemeanor charge of Indecent
Exposure which could carry up to a year sentence. Additionally, he faces $5,500
to $30,500 in fines.
Zickefoose was arraigned before Summers County Magistrate
J.W. "Bill" Jeffries Jr. He was then transferred to Southern Regional Jail in
lieu of $50,000 bond.
