Michael Shawn Billups, 36, is on the run from his parole officer.

Billups has not been seen since January, when he left the Southern West Virginia Fellowship Home on Woodlawn Avenue in Beckley.

He was on parole for breaking and entering in Lincoln County.

In Cabell County, his original charges were first-degree robbery and conspiracy.
