WV Legislature Looks to ban Flavored Tobacco Products

Posted: Updated:

The Health and Human Resources Committee is delaying action on a proposed ban on the products.

Federal law forbids flavored cigarettes. A bill co-sponsored by Chairman Don Perdue would extend that ban to chewing tobacco, cigars and other tobacco products.
