People at the Arrowhead Trail in Fayette County may hear a little something strange for this time of year.
Wood Frogs were making noise in a large puddle.
Typically they don't start laying eggs until late March, but with the unusually warm weather, plants have been blooming and the frogs have already started laying eggs.
Park ranger Jodi French-Burr said as with any other wildlife, to enjoy the frogs from a distance.
"Anytime when we go out exploring in national parks, state parks or even in your forest in your own back yard, anything that any of us can do to practice leave no trace, outdoor ethics is a smart thing," said Burr.
