A 30-year-old Scioto County, Ohio woman from Minford is being without bond, accused of stealing a carpet-cleaning machine.

Deputies arrested Jennifer Blair in Portsmouth.

Wagner Rental and Supply in New Boston, Ohio reported the carpet cleaner gone in November.
It's worth more than $1,000.

Deputies eventually identified Blair as a suspect.

She was arrested Feb. 20 and charged with 5th degree felony theft.
