A sharp increase in the number of meth labs over the past few months is bringing a call to action by all law enforcement agencies in parts of our area.
LEWISBURG -
Tickets are available for "The Road to the World Culinary Competition, Bocuse d'Or" event 7 p.m. April 13 at Greenbrier Valley Theatre featuring Greenbrier Executive Chef Richard Rosendale.
The event is part of the 6th Annual Lewisburg Chocolate Festival and will include a chef demonstration, and reception with Rosendale, the U.S. representative for the 2013 Bocuse d'Or Culinary Competition in Lyon, France.
Rosendale, who has competed in more than 40 international culinary competitions, was selected as the United States' representative for the prestigious competition in January after winning The Culinary Institute of America's Bocuse d'Or USA Final.
He and his commis Corey Siegel, culinary apprentice at The Greenbrier, are currently in a year-long intensive training program as they prepare for the world's most prestigious and challenging culinary competition.
