This Tuesday, Lauren Weppler took on the challenge of volunteering her time with the Friends of the Library book sale at the Raleigh County Public Library.
Weppler had to first help sort some of the books on display in the basement of the library.
Thousands of bookworms were searching for their favorite kinds of literature.
"That's a cute one, take a look at that one," suggested Weppler to a customer searching through the children's section.
Weppler also helped shoppers find the books they were looking for, "sewing and needlework are right over here."
Volunteers with the Friends of the Library helped Weppler to check customers out.
The book sale will continue until Saturday April 21, during regular library hours.
