UPDATE: Name Released in McDowell Fatal Crash

UPDATE: Authorities confirm that Leigh Hebb, 53, of Mullens was killed in an accident in McDowell County on Wednesday.

Hebb worked for the Mullens Fire Department.

Investigators said the ambulance she was driving and a coal truck collided on Route 83 near Raysal around 1 p.m. Wednesday.

The driver of the coal truck was not hurt.

The accident remains under investigation.
