Hinton Police Chief Derek Snavely says that two men have been arrested and charged with a combined 25 felonies following an alleged credit card theft.

According to a press release issued by Snavely Friday evening, Daved Lee Terry, 30, and  James Gary Souders, 23, both of Hinton, were arrested Friday afternoon in relation to the incident.

Police say Terry also stole the victim's social security card and used her identity to change the credit card's personal identification number.

Terry was on parole for a previous violation. Both suspects were in Southern Regional at the time of Writing, on $50,000 bond.
