HINTON -

Hinton Police arrested two men on Friday, April 20, for stealing a woman's credit card and emptying her bank account.

Chief Derek S. Snavely reported that David Lee Terry, 30, and James Gary Souders, 23, both of Hinton, have both been charged with a combination of 25 felonies relating to the incident.

Police said Terry also took the woman's social security card and used her identity to contact the credit card company to change the woman's personal identification number.  Terry was out on parole from a previous jail sentence.

Both subjects are currently in Southern Regional Jail on $50,000 bond each.
