A whirlwind trial ends with a guilty verdict of a Pulaski, Va. man who killed his cousin in Bluefield.

On Thursday, April 26, a jury found Brandon Flack guilty on all charges after only hours of deliberation.  The verdict came back with a speed that was on pace with the trial, which began with jury selection only two days before in Judge Omar Abulhosn's courtroom.

Flack was one of three men who entered 17-year-old Matthew Flack's home on Magnolia Street in Bluefield, W.Va.  Matthew Flack was killed in the incident.  The other two were Jaseman Montgomery and a juvenile.

The jury recommended mercy for Brandon Flack, his sentencing date has not been set.

Jasemen Montgomery pleaded guilty in October.  He is currently serving a life sentence in prison with mercy.
