BLUEFIELD, Va -

Three months after since it was announced Bluefield Beverage closes its doors today for good. Workers were dismissed at 2 this afternoon and they said it was an emotional day.

Handshakes, tears and hugs, all made for an emotional goodbye as workers drove past the gates at Bluefield beverage for the last time.

Workers described this place as "their home" and "their family".

"It has been tough. I've been here for 21 years it is a great group of people you love them. They are a part of your family," Kenneth Sesco said.

"It is always hard when you are leaving your family but thankful we will find another job if it is the will of the Lord," Vernon Walton said.

Some of the workers we spoke with did said they have a job lined up. But others aren't as lucky, some of the people we spoke with said it is back to the job hunt.
