A second arrest is made after shots were fired at a residence outside Beckley Thursday.

Police said Charles Grimes Jr., 46, was placed under arrest Thursday after firing two rounds at the home near his.

"We had warrants for Charles Grimes this weekend. The warrants were served to Mr. Grimes. He was charged with wanton endangerment. He was brought before a magistrate and was able to post bond. He returned to the trailer where we found him threatening the original victim, " said Raleigh County Sheriff Steve Tanner.

Tanner said Grimes was arrested a second time.

Grimes was taken to Southern Regional Jail.
