More Sleep Could Help You Shed Extra Weight

More sleep may be the key to keeping off the extra pounds.

A new study looked at the sleep habits and body mass index, or BMI, of more than a thousand pairs of twins.

The results showed sleeping less than seven hours a night was associated with a higher BMI.

But sleeping more than nine hours a night seemed to suppress obesity related genes.
