A Lot of Children With Asthma Still Exposed to Secondhand Smoke

Posted: Updated:

A majority of children with asthma are still being exposed to secondhand smoke.

The Centers for Disease control found 53 percent of children with asthma are exposed to environmental tobacco smoke.

Those children are more likely to visit the doctor more than three times a year because of wheezing.

They are also more likely to have their sleep disturbed at least once a week because of breathing problems.
