State officials are proposing raising various taxes, including those on cigarettes, in order to raise money to repair the damaged highways.
A hobbyist's garage on Grandview Road in Raleigh County went up in flames on Tuesday, May 1.
Firefighters from five departments responded to the scene at around 12:30 p.m. Officials said there were numerous vehicles inside the garage at the time. There were no injuries involved.
No cause has been determined at this time, but the blaze is still under investigation by the Beaver Volunteer Fire Department.
Crews from Beaver, Mabscott, Sophia City, Coal City and Ghent Volunteer Fire Departments were all called to the scene.
