President Obama is on his way home from Afghanistan.

In a surprise visit, the President signed an agreement with Afghan President Hamid Karzai.  The deal lays out the U.S. plans for Afghanistan following the withdrawal of combat troops in 2014.

During a nationally televised address, President Obama said the U.S. is still on track to destroy Al-Qaeda.
