Members of the service organization Beckley Quota Club have organized a banquet to give some area mothers assistance when it comes to their every day lives.

The Beckley Quota Club has representatives from within the club to meet one on one with the women in the Mother Program. The Mother Program helps to assist women who maybe struggling with addiction or other life skills regain custody of their children, if they do not have custody and or give them a safe place to stay.

Approximately 15 women will be attending Beckley Quota Club's banquet on May 10, 2012 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The women will be separated into groups at the banquet to focus on different topics with some of the experts in various skill sets.

The sessions include budgeting finances, achieving good credit, interview skills, and nutritional living.

Members of the club will also be giving the mothers gift bags including personal items to help better assist the women in the weeks to come.

The project was chosen by all of the members of Beckley Quota Club as one of their many community service projects.
