Greenbrier Valley Medical Center is celebrating healthy babies by combining the annual March of Dimes walk with the hospital's baby fest.

April was a record breaking month of births for the hospital as 70 babies were delivered.

The March of Dimes walk on May 12 will raise money to support healthy births.

"Whether it's preconception health, prenatal health while moms are pregnant, or after the baby. If we have a pre-term baby, there's a lot of support that goes out to parents of babies while they are in the neonatal ICU," said Molly McMillion, women's health education coordinator at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center.

The walk will begin Saturday, May 12 at 11 a.m. at the hospital track, followed by a diaper derby and family entertainment.
