Anti-psychotic drugs can significantly lower the risk of relapse in patients with schizophrenia.
After analyzing fifty years of data, doctors in Germany found patients who receive the drugs are significantly less likely to be hospitalized and behave aggressively.
Overall they found the anti-psychotic drugs reduced relapse rates anywhere from twenty-seven to sixty-four percent.
