Investors appear to be unhappy with the election results in France and Greece.

In Greece, pro bailout political parties failed to win enough seats to form a government, and France future President wants to cut austerity measures and use government spend to boos his country's economy. 

Investors appear concerned that these results will hurt Europe's ability to solve the debt crisis in the region.
