Current Sheriff Mike Gravely won the Republican nomination against Elmer Galford. He'll now face Democrat Alan Thomas in November. Gravely has served as sheriff for the past four years.

Norbert Netzel won the Democratic nomination for assessor. He'll face Angela Miller in the general election.

Board of Education member Danny Lively held on to his post. Dixie Hoke-Webb was also elected to the Board of Education.
