Wyoming County will have a fresh face on the Board of Education.
Assistant State Fire Marshal Robbie Bailey was elected to the Board of Education Tuesday. Michael Prichard from Glen Fork also picked up a spot on the board.
Sheriff Randall Aliff was unopposed in the primary and has no competition in November, so he's assured of another term.
Silas Mullins held on to his county commission seat and Rick Staton had no competition for prosecuting attorney. Staton is a shoo-in for November, too, because there is no Republican on the ballot.
For magistrate, Craig Cook, J.R. Boles and Kim Farmer all won democratic nominations. They'll be challenged by Republican Gerald Jackson in the fall.
